Nick Sanna is a technology executive who has spent his career building enterprise software companies. He was CEO of RiskLens, the cyber risk quantification firm, through its 2023 acquisition by Safe Security, where he then served as president; earlier he led Netuitive and e-Security (acquired by Novell) and held European leadership roles at ASG. In 2015 he founded the FAIR Institute, the nonprofit behind the FAIR standard for measuring cyber risk in financial terms, which he continues to lead. He holds a master’s in economics and trade from Rome’s La Sapienza and speaks five languages.

Sanna is also a longtime advocate for the Economy of Communion, representing it at the World Bank’s Civil Society Policy Forum, speaking on panels about EoC business practice, and lecturing widely on social entrepreneurship. He serves on the advisory board of the School of Business and Economics at the Catholic University of America.
