I think the biggest moment of joy in in trying to live uh according to principles um according to DC is um when you see people embracing those values for themselves and often times you hire people that come from bad experiences. They've been in organizations where they felt like they've been badly treated, where you couldn't be forthcoming with one another, where being generous was seen as a as a weakness, you know, where uh you just need to shut up and do your job, you know, and um and so they come and they have those experiences, those habits.
And seeing that um and they, you know, often times we tell them how we want to behave, etc. And at the beginning they are a little bit cautious. They're trying to see is this is just a corporate facade a good story to attract people to this company or are they for real. And when they uh and especially moments of truth where you got to make certain decisions we we are put to the test. those values are put to the test and realize it's for real and they start letting go of old habits and embracing them become protagonist and themselves um showing behavior that is can I say uh imbued by those value that's for me the biggest joy when you can see those turnarounds and people saying this is a company or a group of people with whom I can be myself and I can finally trust others and I can be there to build quality relationship and generous personal relationship with others, you know, and aspire to the betterment of our environment, whether it's in our office, with our customers, with our partners. And uh that's for me the most fulfilling
