five ways in which the business are different. It's like um well the first way is that I realized that I I um could become a business person and um drive um good results without being a jerk. It's number one. Two, I can go further together with others. Three, there is an ecosystem that is waiting to engage with you and help you out if you allow it to, you know, and uh whether it's employees and partners of academia and others, I was completely oblivious of you know and so I was not even seeking about it.

Four, I think probably also building better products because I've been listening more and other people around me have been listening more to needs of the customers and out of market. And fifth I would say helping maybe many people find their way in life you know throughout professionally they found their uh basically also personal destinies improve because of chances they we've been giving them as new employees as interns and discovering new way of life that otherwise they would never met.
