Bill Neu teaches graduate courses in Catholic Social Thought at Catholic International University and freshman courses at Seton Hall, and lectures in graduate theology at Sophia University in Loppiano, Italy. His training spans business and theology: a BA in sociology and an MBA in finance from Columbia University, an MA in theology from Seton Hall, an MA in philosophy from the Catholic University of America, and a PhD in Trinitarian ontology, with a concentration in political theology, from Sophia University.

He shares responsibility for the Focolare Movement in the Midwestern and Eastern United States, has hosted EWTN programs on Focolare spirituality, and edited the English translation of Piero Coda’s From the Trinity. That combination — finance training, Catholic social thought, and a leadership role in the movement that gave rise to the Economy of Communion — places him close to the intellectual and spiritual roots of the EoC.
