before our finish line closed was we did a workshop for Religions for Peace because they were in the middle of trying to take their organization and make it more structured. They wanted to redo a few things, change their brand a little bit. And although that's not my field for sure, helping people ask the questions and answer the questions that they are bottom line looking at even if they don't really understand when they start talking initially about something.
That's something that's a lot of fun to play with and look for and team up and see what's happening. I remember after they came up with their first uh new vision statement, I didn't say a word because I already knew what I thought. I put it on the board and I said, "Okay, stop and consider. You do not know this organization at all.
Does this adequately reflect what you want people to know? Every single person in the room, and there were like 50 people in the room, read it, and all they did was they got back up, went to the groups they were working in, and started again. I never had to say a word. It was uh it was a it was a nice moment where you can just help somebody. And it was nice that God gave me an opportunity because I hadn't done any evaluation work in a long while. So it was just a nice, you know, it was just a nice knockknock kind of a thing.
