the economy of communion values. We can bring them wherever we are. Um I see myself doing that now as a teacher in the fourth grade. Um how I structure my classroom, what I believe is the essence of education. Uh and how my students should be able to experience that. um how we build community, how we show up in community with one another. For in this case, maybe not the goal of profit or the goal of a successful business, but the goal of learning together.

For example, in my classroom, we all have individual goals, right? We uh have individual learning targets that we're trying to meet. Um, everyone is starting from somewhere different um, for various reasons and and experiences in life and we still have to to to try and work together in unity with one another to reach those individual goals. Um, and then as a class, how are we successful as a whole, as a unit? Um, and I it's fascinating.

It looks different every day um and different with every student. And I think that's where we tie into um how do we do this in community with one another? Um how do how do we show up every day not knowing what that looks like?
