I would say with a young person who has an interest in starting a business and in particular starting an EOC business that it is good to feel risk adverse. I'm glad they feel that way because I have had some people I've seen some people start businesses and fail within a year and it was a sad thing. They had the right heart. They were prepared their heart. it's just their cap capacity and and their experience hadn't prepared them.
So, I would simply say keep that passion in your heart. Get experience. Go and find out what you're good at. Get a few years under your belt and then make a plan and go and speak with people. speak with someone with the EOC and help them review, ask them to review your plan and give it a critique and help you stay aligned. The more you stay by yourself as an individual, the less likely it is that you'll have the best plan. So, don't be afraid to acknowledge your lack of knowledge, but also uh don't pretend like you know everything. So, a couple of ideas.
