the uh principles of EOCC is this reciprocity. It's and it's not a one-way uh where someone comes into a company, someone comes to NetPro because we need a job, we need an engineer to design things or we need we need an accountant or we need whatever services. But it has to be both ways. I started seeing this right from the very beginning when I first started as an independent contractor. And when the needs outgrew the possibility that I could do myself, so I had to bring someone someone else, there was this guy that was a marketing uh manager.
And uh bringing in the marketing manager in a computer security, network security company. It's just you ask yourself how would this fit in? But there was a need there and he had a talent. He was a marketing manager. that's what he can offer to the table. So I picked up what he could offer to the table that talent and see how could that come in into an engineering firm and it did it matched because he was good with the Excel spreadsheet.
He was also good in communicating. So his communication skills became an asset to the company. I think if we open our eyes and ears and our heart to where things may not be the classical box of what we say out of the box, sometimes it it really turns out much better than we expected. Obviously, sometimes it it doesn't turn out the way we think it is. is in the real world but also in the real world that I've seen things turns out better than what what my my four corners limits my thinking.
