Okay. So let's say you're you're a secretary and uh specifically secretary also right when I used to work in the hospitals right away uh I was working as the IT we were supporting the computers in the hospital the uh my boss told me get uh be uh friends with all the secretary because they really are the ones that know what's going on. Okay. because they know they're connected to the the managers and they connected to the staff.
So if you want to know what's happening, you connect with the secretaries. And boy was that so true, right? That the secretaries. So in this case, let's just take the case of the secretary. The secretary is so connected with all the different types of people in the in the company or that that university or wherever you are. So you have to say okay if I want to live uh the principles of economy of commune I have to treat and know that whether it's my boss or where whether it's the housekeeping person I need to create a relationship that also is transactional but goes beyond transactional because that person can give me something more and I could give to that person something more too.
Of course, um you don't need to make the uh uh when you think of business, we always think of all always the the financial uh aspect of it, but business goes and and runs because a a business needs to have all this collaboration that's going on. So, as a sec secretary, it's a key key point, key person because that keeps the business going. Now he says okay now how about if you're the cleaning personnel cleaning personnel if the cleaning personnel again does a living by the economy of communion the cleaning personnel also is a key again the relationship of reciprocity here it's there's so much that the uh personnel key uh the cleaning personnel can connect with all people in the company there's value in that there's resource in that there's ideas that could come out from that.
So it it goes beyond uh the the key players what we would we think of the typical key players that each person in a company whatever you're doing you are a key person not only because of your technical expertise but as a human being you bring out outside things that you could just naturally give and receive. Obviously you need to create also a relationship because it's the relationship that creates this free flow of ideas. So yeah, so secretaries all power power power to you because the the the companies go ahead uh because of you and together with all the people in the company.
