because of my vocation as a volunteer of God in the movement of the folkar. I just feel the economy of communion is a way of life. Basically, it's being true to my values. But some people don't understand. They say why are you doing this? Some people don't understand why I share my profits for example. Um even yeah some relatives uh they think it's wonderful but uh yeah they don't understand really and um also sometimes they think I'm too soft with the employees or but yeah for me it's uh it feels right.
The economy of communion really helps uh put communion in the workplace. I've seen it. I've felt it um with my with my um employees, but I I prefer to say that the community, not just those who work in the office, but also with all the the people around us, the collaborators, the tour leaders, the priests, uh um the um even the customers, the the pilgrims, uh they're part of the community. and and often I hear when they come to our office they say it feels like there's a homey atmosphere uh and the the employees often say that they feel it's like a family.
So um yeah that's very precious for me and I notice it also when it's not there. Uh I've had unfortunately a few experiences. It's now been 23 well it's our 23rd year and yeah we have had a few negative leaders and they kind of stirred the atmosphere in a negative way and that was very hard and I yeah I felt the lack of harmony and the lack of unity. So that made me appreciate it even more when it came back when we built more bridges and yeah.
