How does the business bring about unity in in many many ways? I think first and foremost um it I must start with myself. Uh as as a business manager there's a lot of conflicting ideas and and you know in every decision there are conflicts conflicts of interest or decision whether I should do this or do that. Um I think with economic community it helped me guide internally also to be integrated and integrated uh according to my conscience according to my faith belief according to what I feel is is moral and ethical and then act on it.
So I think that's a unity within myself as helpful. Then it goes to the next one closest to me. Uh whether that that would be the employees or the customer or the vendor or the local um uh door person in in the building. Um somehow it automatically connects me within because we're all let's say we're all in the same goal. The same goal is um to do a programming of the uh surveillance cameras or program uh the station's uh intercoms.
That's the end goal. But the means or the way to go there means talking to the elevator person or speaking with the uh accountant that says invoices are due. um or speaking with the CAD person to say uh the the CAD the drawings are not good. So those are all engagements and and you need to be um there's a certain relationship or united relationship that allows collaboration and and work also I feel there is a unity or collaboration between all the different partners or groups that that work on the project because once a project is being uh worked on it's never worked by just one person or one group In our industry, in the construction industry, there are so many many many more people or groups that are involved.
And so thinking that uh or feeling or knowing that there are all these other groups, it's automatic to say how can we work together to work on that. Whether that's when we go to the um subway stations, there's also the safety people that you you work with. So you cannot just go to the uh comm room or to the to the place where you want to work. You need to work together with the safety to make sure the the the safe passage to the place.
There's just so many so many many ways that um it it almost requires that we need to in the world we say collaborate but I say more also unity. Unity means more understanding and um having this relationship of of knowing what the other person needs and what the other person what what can I give for for that uh relationship.
