The art of loving comes from the gospel. It's how Jesus taught us to love. Love thy neighbor as yourself. Um like to love to the extent of giving your life. That's what he did for us. So it doesn't necessarily means dying but maybe dying to your ideas or you know giving a bit of your surplus or what you have to the others and sharing with the others or giving your talents giving a smile. Um so yeah there's many ways of loving and I like how Kara Lubic she came up with this idea to put the art of loving on a cube.

I always carry it with with me because I just love it. She did it to teach children how to love, but I think it's also good for adults to remind us. So on each side there's um like love Jesus in everyone to see you know the divinity in each each person that God is really inside each one of us and uh to love everyone. So not just the people who are nice with you but Jesus challenges us to love everyone no matter like which race which religion without borders to love your enemies um is a very big challenge and that's what Jesus said like uh um yeah and then to love being the first to love means to take the initiative not to wait that the other will uh come and love you first but to do it first because God loves us first and to love until it becomes reciprocal.

Yeah. So not to give up even if the other not is not really open or seems to be on his guard to keep loving that person and one day might become reciprocal. To become one with the other, make yourself one with the other means if uh the other person is sad to share his sadness and you know open yourself to empty yourself to receive the other like what he's going through and if he's happy to rejoice with with him or her. So yeah, it's beautiful.
