Offering Jobs as Grace

Paul Catipon, CEO of Netpro in NYC has hired many people who were in need of work, even if they maybe wouldn’t have been the obvious choice. Here he describes how that reciprocity is constantly happening in EoC business. In one case, he hired a guy who was not clearly a great fit, giving him an opportunity, but then they new hire did amazing work and was clearly a gift in some unexpected ways. Paul’s generosity resulted in generous benefits back to himself– the gift was reciprocated– and these people flourished when given a chance.
