Paul Catipon, CEO of NetPro, explains how occasionally his employees would overwork themselves. Paul worked with the HR manager to designate specific vacation times in order to ensure he had work life balance. Paul have the employee no choice but to take breaks. While this is an untraditional approach, it improved the culture of the business and the health of the employee.
