• Interviewed and hired staff, providing University onboarding and training
• Created a Board of Advisors
• Conducted over 100 hours of video interviews
• Edited interview transcripts in view of publishing our first book and creating classroom case studies
• Website buildout: economyofcommunion.org
  • September 2025: An initial Intro Video, explaining project goals, with the possibility to sign up to follow the project.
  • February 2026: A mini-website, including a library of an initial set of about 200 snippets of experiences from interviewees, a presentation of the directors, staff and the advisory board, milestones, institutions that have invited us to come share about our project, a space for networking with feedback and reciprocal connections.

• Worked on enhancing an online video-based course: An Intro to the Economy of Communion

  • We’ve created connections with formal and informal interested parties, locally and internationally, and we were able to present the project at 18 of their events.
