EoC Virus at Coffee Shop

John Mundell, president and founder of Mundell and Associates, recalls instilling EOC values in the interns that work with him. He tells a story about the interns encountering a barista having a bad day at a coffee shop. They took matters into their own hands, stopped and talked to her, and discovered it was her birthday. They went out to get her a gift and brought it back to her, a gesture that clearly touched her. After that, when Mundell and Associates employees would go to the coffee shop, their coffee would be free. John explained that this is how the EOC works, when you pour into others, they pour into others, and so forth. It spreads.
