Every Job Can Live Out EoC

Paul Catipon, CEO of Netpro in NYC, explains how that everyone can live out EoC values– you do not need to be the owner, or the boss. Anyone, from the CEO to the Middle manager, and from the secretary to the janitor, can live out EoC values in business by caring for those they engage with, seeking to build unity and cohesion in community, and making time for others.
