this idea of reciprocity that uh just like in any human relationships it has to be reciprocal. It cannot be that I am doing this job, I'm doing this work just so that I could get the money or that I it's just one specific thing but it has to be that I need to give myself and I need to receive back. So we go back to the culture not only a culture of having. We know that that that's a a dead end.
Well, we cannot have also a culture of just giving and giving and giving. Reciprocity also means that we're equal that me giving does not become um uh paternalistic that in my giving that I see my other brother or sister as equal to me. in a company I always know that I am the the manager or I am the the CEO that's that's in there but it does not have to be the most prominent role you know there is a relationship that transcends that at the end of the day each one knows who they are the the accountant knows who the accountant is the uh CAD uh person knows uh what what he or she needs to do but in a in a relationship on an ongoing business uh decisions.
We could also bring other things into that relationship. Again, the the accountant or the CAD or the uh secretary could give their talents or even something that's not on their realm of expertise, they could give that and in giving they receive a lot more. The company receives a lot more. So it's not it also avoids this group think because in in again opening up all the discussions and the decision making I have received so much more.
I we came up with all kinds of other things that we would never thought of and sometimes that that inspiration came from someone that that you would never expect of why it's because that person is giving and we were in the attitude of receiving. Now if I would only receive then then that becomes stale. So in turn I had to be mutually giving what I received. If we continue to do that I think there will be so much innovations. I don't know what's in in store for the future but I think it'll be something very very exciting. So that it's a dynamic of giving and receiving.
