Can EOC bring about a communion in business and in society? Well, the basic principles are all about communication. One one client I was dealing with last week had an issue because within within our organization um sales um Qi quality assurance and and manufacturing were not aligned. So we went through that now and hopefully things are getting better, right? But it's something we're working on right now because those kind of misalignment is not uncommon in in in business today.
But if you you know EOC has the tools to make things happen. So in that case it's well communication oneonone feedback getting everybody together making sure that the the the goals are aligned. I mean goal alignment is essential right because often times in companies the companies are siloed right so marketing thinks marketing production thinks production and sales think sales and they don't think outside of their own silo so breaking down those silos is very much a basic principle that comes out of EOC it's not exclusive to EOC because it's just good management no good good leadership principle. But that you know that was last week. Yeah.
