Well, the first principle is respect of the human person. That's that's fundamental to to the the social teaching of the church and and to EOC. So to be good at working with a team, you have to respect members of that team and you have to empower them. You have to give them room to grow. Okay, that's that's subsidiarity in terms of social teaching of the church. But I don't talk about subsidiarity. I talk about team building you know about bringing the the people together.

So yeah, I mean it comes into play in it's solidarity which is another social teaching of the church and solidarity again it's team building right relation you know communication is essential communication is essential to good business but it's also essential to EOC right so there are there are a lot of parallels I mean it's all very much on the same on the same wavelengths
