So when Kiara she says we are all on our unique ray towards the sun and as we all travel towards the sun we travel closer to each other. That's the metaphor. It isn't so much a ray coming out of the sun and what is our ray going out but as we travel on our ray towards the sun we grow closer together. So when we talk about well okay what is my unique ray? What is my unique ray from the sun?

I I I mean I mean the only the word that comes the word that comes to my mind is honesty and the the point of honesty which is my biggest struggle but I also try to step up to it is honesty with myself. Am I being honest in front of other people? Am I being honest with myself? And it can only be honesty in the present moment because we always learn more about who we are. You know, it's never it's it's never a oneanddone, I think.

Um, but also trying to be genuine as much as I can be. I don't think I've always been genuine in every situation of life. You want certain things to happen and so you kind of fudge the information so that you get a result. And so it's learning to be more processoriented towards goals as opposed to resultsoriented. Like if I'm on a goal and I have a result, I'll do whatever I can even if it means fudging a little bit of information so that result happens as opposed to saying we're together on a process or even my own process journey towards a specific goal.

But we have to look at the process and make sure the process remains honest and and genuine. So that when we get to the goal, if we get to the goal, we have gotten there through an honest and genuine process.
