I think it is possible to have an EOCC business and also work another job. It really depends on time management. Um, luckily I have a team at my job that's very flexible and supportive. They know I have this side business that's important to me. And they also create spaces where I can still um attend events, you know, for my EOCC business and still um meet the requirements for my day job. So that has been very helpful.
Aside from that, I would say some helpful tips um for keeping two two jobs, if you want to say, is always remembering why you're doing the things that you're doing. It's so easy to get caught up in the busyiness of of everything and just because something is good doesn't necessarily mean it's necessary. So my EOCC business, it's very personal to my story, to my heritage, to my identity. And so I definitely designate time to it. It's a priority just like all our responsibilities are. So if someone is going to run an EOC business and still keep a job, I would just suggest it has to be something you're very passionate about.
