EoC Encouragement

Liz Wallin, a former EoC entrepreneur, founded project LIA, which helped provide work training for formerly incarcerated women in Indianapolis.

Here she explains how everybody is already a part of the Economy of Communion through everyday opportunities to give and support others. She emphasizes choosing community over isolation and responding to the needs of those around us.

  1. How can businesses encourage a culture of giving and collaboration among employees and customers?
  2. In what ways can companies balance financial success with meeting the needs of their communities?
  3. What role should individual employees play in fostering a culture of generosity within a company?
