Previously I was a manager in a bank where you know we decide also the salaries and you know every end of the year you do your end of year's uh report of how good you were and how much you should deserve. So to me those were always very difficult because the employees who says I should I deserve more because I work more and they justify the salary increases. That's just typical. This time uh one time we with NetPro we we landed a job where it was so profitable and and so much profit that I says what do we do with this profit.
So I I decided again for two guys that work with me so hard and I says okay I'll give you this and I'll give you this as a bonus. One of them says that's great so I could get married. This will be a wedding ring. So I said that's great. Good job. So then I turned to one one other guy and I says okay this is and this guy was came from a very very uh poor um background and so I gave him this this bonus and he turns around and he says Paul I don't want to take this bonus I'd rather keep this bonus in the company and maybe we could uh invest this in the company and buy uh create a lab so we could learn more because he says look there are so many people out there like me who were who needed a job and you gave me this opportunity and look where I am now I'm much better and I want to make this available to many other people so
for him I saw how the economy community clicked on him saying that here's a money that he could use for himself and yet he felt that it was better to give it back to the company so that more people will have the the same opportunity that he had. something that I said my gosh I hope that you know um corporate America could hear also this experiences wherein employees are motivated to give back to the companies instead of employees saying what can the company give to
